my 4 months baby boy is having a lump like thing near his anus hole , although he is not having any kind of pain or irritation their ,smoothly he is passing stool too .is this normal

Mam if it could be associated with the skin tag and if the lump is there then it could be associated with some cyst like a lipoma which is a fat ball but does not create a problem but without an assessment since I cannot be sure about it please see your doctor once
