my 4 months baby at night she was sleeping suddenly she got up and started crying too much and while crying she used to breath holding and after passing urine she suddenly stopped crying and slept

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination orjui assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
