my 4 month old son is doing 4 to 5 times watery green poops from this monday. sometimes 3 to 4 time. what should i do. he is doing poops with farting.

A. look what you eat.. feed at proper time interval n burp well after feeding, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management. tc
