my 4 month old baby trying to lift her head when she lies on her back like she trying to sit up. is this normal.?

A. It is very normal as such but still for a proper confirmation about this query you should consult with your doctor so that after a proper examination your doctor will give you the best guidance . the baby will have proper neck holding and sitting with support only by 6 months of age till then wait and watch
