ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom was the baby a preterm or a full term baby and can you also mentioned his birth weight . As a full term baby is expected to almost double their birth weight by the age of 4 to 6 months and then triple by the age of 1 year .
If you are breast feeding the baby then you should take care of your diet and prefer to have a filling and nutritious meal preferably before baby feed time as that would ensure good quality milk that would also help in weight gain
