My 4 month baby keep out his toung from his mouth in this summer. Is it sign of dehydration? what should i do?

Teething is going to be one of the best result that I can suggest you right now that is why the kids actually stick their tongue out most of the time so I think that’s a basic reason why your child is doing this and if you giving proper feeding the dehydration is not going to happen
