Q.
My 4 month baby is sitting in tripod position without support for 1-2 minute. Does it causes any issues? As ppl used to say if baby sits before 6 month, her hump will come out.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. most of the times babies by the end of 6 months of age will be sitting with support by 8 months of age baby can sit without support also .

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you should not allow your baby to sit before 6 months of age even with support because the babies start sitting only after 6 months of age with support and without support after 8 months
