Toddlers almost by age of 1 they triple their birth weight and then it takes 5 years to double that up.
By now the children should be used to all family foods as such inlcude foods such as dry fruits , nuts and seeds, also fruit milk shakes, stuff paranthas, panner, ghee, soya, dals, legumes such as chana, lobia, rajma, black gram dal etc

Dals(moongdal,urad dal,chana dal,arhar dal,chole) ,ghee,cheese,butter,curd,dal rice/kichdi,paneer,tofu,banana,mango,nuts powder or nuts ladoo,egg,meat all these foods in regular meals helps in weight gain.
Daily dal/paneer/egg/meat + curd in meals + daily one banana ,one nuts ladoo ,nuts powder with milk helps in weight gain,muscle and bones strength.
