my 4.6 yrs old son gets fever, either cold cough. since 5 months often, his weight is 15 kg he became weak compare to earlier. how to boost his immunity pls let me knw. ? and intake food is also low.

A. okay no problem u c syes you can give all seasonal fruits to the baby and vegetables take all vaccines including optional vaccines for having proper immunity exposed to sunlight for vitamin D essential for the baby
