My 4.5 months old daughter is developing many small acne on her face. We are using cold pressed coconut oil and Johnson’s baby cream. This is happening from past 10 days. She also poop very hard. Please suggest something

A. dear mum. do apply calamine lotion on skin of ur babys face.. and increase breast feeding, mother should eat healthy diet, follow a good skin care routine. ok.
