my 4.10 year old son still not talking,but he understands and points out what ever he wants.also he does take effort to learn

A. Its Just speech delay probably because if your child is doing everything as per the age is not speaking that means there is a delay in speech you should get a check with the speech therapist because now probably I believe therapies are going to be required for your child to learn to speak well
