my 3yr old daughter is always constipated. can I get some suggestions

Hello ma’am I believe Constitution is a very big issue these days with people but I would just advise you to start feeding papaya to your child every single morning for the time being.. Prune juice is also good in the morning apart from that you can give 1 teaspoon of honey to your child right before the bedtime with warm water as it also helps a lot in dealing with the constipation issue and always make sure that you maintain good and proper hydration with good amount of water
