my 3yr 10m old boy having a pimple on his finger and suddenly it starts spreading around and becoming in shape of wound please do suggest me is it something serious....... i am attaching a pic which is his third wound....

A. application of mupirocin ointment now and. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
