my 3 yr son Fallin sick after starting school suddenly i feel he s very weak dry fruit making him have lose motions he appetite s gone bad please help

A. hi, try giving him all home made food, avoid dry fruits fir few weeks. like-Eggs, youghrt, other dairy food, and all seasonal fruits and vegetables on daily basis. keep good hygiene
