my 3 yr old son is underweight.. he doesnt want to eat anything n is not eating anything since 2 days.. plz recommend some medicine to increase hunger....

without examining nothing can be said or advised on same. avoid junk and processed food. give small meals in short intervals. always give prescribed medication to baby and use Babyhug medicine dropper for same
