My 3 yr old son has got a scratch from a iron rod.Scratch is not deep .little skin is damaged and blood came out. I cleaned it with dettol. He got his DTaP vaccine at 18 months. Do I need to get him Tetanus injection.

A. No, if your baby has received all mandatory vaccine on time than no need to give now. clean it with dettol n apply Soframycin skin cream couple of time over it.
