my 3 years old is suffering from viral fever, now he is fine but his some parts of body is aching badly. He is not active nd he doesn't eat anything from 3 days. what should I give him to relieve from pain.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 3.7 years old and he is having a fever and he doesn’t eat any food items and if you have not given him deworming medicine then it’s not advisable as he has to fight with adversity
