My 3 years daughter got fever once in every month from last 3-4 months i m really worried What i hv to do ??

A. If the child is getting fever so frequently then it could be due to either low immunity or some underlying reason so it’s better to consult the doctor once and also increase her outdoor playtime expose her to sunlight more and give a nutritious diet and Vitamin C rich fruits
