My 3 year old son with mild autism... laugh randomly .. which is uncontrollable..from the morning.. what's the reason..i am really scared

Shikha kumarMom of 2 children3 years agoA. do you mother you must get him consulted with some psychiatrist he needs attention he needs to be attended every time a so you need to be under a doctor's recommendation that may guide you according to his physical need time to time as what steps should be taken
