Q.

My 3 year old son is having on and off fever for past 5 days. Sometimes paracetamol not reducing temperature. Sometimes in night he is complaining about stomach ache. Took blood test today. Doctors saying it as viral infection. Please check report and confirm if it is viral infection. And what medication to be given

A. Yes it is a viral infection only for the course of antibiotics would be required for this and also paracetamol you need to keep repeating after every six hours I would totally depend with medicine medicine are you giving to your child I would suggest you to give Crocin DS to your child it’s much stronger to reduce down the fever further you should follow the advice given by your doctor
