My 3 year old son always complains of pain in leg specially in knees and ankles at night.Though I'm giving him calcium supplement.What could be the reason and what to do?

A. if the child is 3 years old and complaints of the pain in the leg during evening time this is called growing pains to consult your doctor at once and give vitamin D supplement to the child
