my 3 year old kid is having high grade fever. it's been a day. when we give fepanil 250 mg, fever reduce and it starts again after few hours. at night it has become severe. what to do.

A. hi. kondly ct giving syp paraceyomol in every 4 yo 6 hours. n offer hil lots of fluids, gor high fever can do tepid sponging consult ur doctor once. .tc
