hello why after giving fepanil 250 ,5 ml 3 times fever is not reducing

A. kindly give paracetamol for fever and it is given according to the weight as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are haviyng. whether higher medicines are required or not will be told by the doctor. keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes twhen the child is having fever armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever do body sponge and give plenty of water to drink and easily digestible food.

A. hi parent please don't forget to keep her well hydrated whenever she has fever please keep her well hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 after boiling please use Medica as suggested by your doctor
