My 3 year old having grey spots in both eyes Can see changes in nerves also What to do

A. With an ophthalmologist you’ll understand better that we what’s the problem and if is genuinely a problem or not because I really cannot confirm on anything better to consult doctor in the first place and they can confirm if there is an issue
