Q.

my 3 year old have chest congestion what should I do to get him relieved. he dsnt have fever but body feels hot on touch.

A. Give adequate fluids. for chest congestion or restricted breathing, then warm Mahanarayan or sesame oil, or ghee with a pinch of rock or black salt, can be massaged onto the chest followed by a eucalyptus steam inhalation

A. Hello dear parent! Try giving indirect steam inhalation. Apply Babyhug rapid relief baby rub to your child’s chest, throat, back and feet soles gently twice daily. Get your child personally examined by the doctor and seek further treatment. Good luck and take care
