Q.

my 3 year old daughter is complaining about a headache at the backside of her head whenever she has a fever ... Is it normal in fever ? or do I need to consult a doctor?

A. there are multiple causes of headache in children and for immediate relief you can give paracetamol which is a good painkiller also. see that the child is consuming plenty of fluids because many times less water in the body can cause headache. the other common causes are nutritional deficiency as wxell as anemia and decrease sleep and more screen time if going on according to age. paracetamol can be given maximum four times per day but if the problem is occurring again and again please visit the doctor to rule out any major pathology
