A. 12 kg is absolutely normal for a 3 yrs old child. As the ideal weight should range from 11kg- 18kg

This is little less 12 is ideally very good for a child who is two years old so I would advise you to give more of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food into the child that is definitely going to be beneficial in help of weight gain an overall growth of your child
