my 3 year baby girl suffering from fever nd cold..taste bhi usko kuch acha nahi lag raha nd leg ,stomach nd hand pain bhi hai..is this weather issue?

The entire body is paining along with fever maybe it is not a simple fever it could be viral of any other issue if you haven’t consulted your doctor till now I would recommend you to go ahead with that whatever the situation is they can guide you according to that
