my 3 months old is having cough and cold can I give her t minic and mucolite drops??

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. this medicine sir given only after medical consultation. give nasal saline drops every 3 hourly and if it is not improving than only meet your doctor for examination and prevent temperature variation around the child
