My 3 months old baby is vaccinated . I have given him paracetamol once . Do I have to give him again without fever???

A. baby is three months old and the baby has received DPT vaccine it cause pain fever is swelling so ifc the fever is there you can repeat the paracetamol after every 6 hours it again the fever is coming
