My 3 months old baby has ear infection since 3 days..can I feed him in sleeping position ? will it affect the ear infection? and he wants sleep on his tummy is that ok?

A. hi no please avoid it. keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding. my child had same problem because of this. so I advise you to not feeding in sleeping position.
