Q.

my 3 month old son doesn't make eye contact with me and doesn't smile at me. but make eye contact with object and see moving objects and sometimes smile also. when does he make social contact? I am so worried. is it autistic baby behavior?

A. sir meri beti ab 7 months ki hui hai usko ek mahine ki bacchi se abtak b doodh peene ke baad warmthing hote rehtin

A. you can just wait for some more time for your child to give eye contact but the social smile comes by 3 months of age only so just wait for sometime otherwise consult your doctor

This is very normal for the age you have to wait for little more time kids start giving little bit more action by the age of 3 to 4 months so currently it is not at all a problem every thing is well within please so please do not worry you’ll be worried about it and they do not have any contact at this age
