my 3 month old baby boy is crying frequently evening. what is the reason and how many days it will remain?

Bonnisan you can give five drops of this medicine it is basically called medically evening colic where the child cries every day every day non-stop and they don’t even accept a feed they will just cry so that’s basically the same situation I am saying it’s a stomach pain in easy language
