my 3 month baby girl has frequent urination... no fever or crying while passing urine... is it a synptom of infection

A. Yes Frequent urination can definitely be a symptom for urine infection only so please immediately get a check with your doctor because without proper check up and assessment it would be very difficult to comment on it so please do discuss it with your paediatrician
