Q.
my 3 month baby girl did not poop for last 3 days while sleeping she make grunt sound and continuously move her hands and legs.i think she struggle to pass gas and poop. can I give 6 drops of simethicone dill oil and fennel oil drops?

breastfed babies will not poop as often because their bodies absorb most of the breast milk. going even a week without having a bowl movement is ok.
