my 3 month 8 day baby shows reflex like sudden movement in leg , similarly when try to sleep then suddenly shock like.and during sleeping also move her leg and hand . what is it

Q. Hii… My niece is 2 years old and she doesn’t sleep at night since last few days. We make her sleep around 8:00 pm and then she gets up all of a sudden a d starts crying. We make her comfort and try to get her back to sleep but then she starts behaving cranky and doesn’t sleep the entire night then. Nor does she has any health issues nor she behaves the same during the day; happens usually around nap hours. ( she gets up from her sound sleep with sudden shock nd then starts crying)
