My 3 month 15 days old baby is sleeping at a stretch of 7 hours without feeding Will it reduce his weight

A. Dear mum, if your baby is active, alert and passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then feeding is sufficient and you need not wake up your baby for feeding.
