my 3.9 year old daughter sometimes randomly vomits without any reasons, no outside food, no gas. her ultrasound report is normal. can someone please suggest the possible reasons and how to avoid it?

A. There could be two things I believe it would be most commonly suggested for this thing I did it is indigestion or over eating sometimes what happens is that even we can do this mistake that we see their child without realising whether the child is already full or not and in that case we over feed the child and the moment and sometimes it could be just they eat more than their capacity since you know sometimes kids like a particular food and they eat more in that case also it will lead to vomiting it is not a problem I think it is just that you really need to take care of the amount of the food that your child is consuming and make sure that food is only given when your child is genuinely hungry try this I’m sure you’ll get proper help with it
