My 3.5 yr old kid is getting pimples in face and head. why is it happen in this age

Maam is there are proper pimples happening on the face you may check with the doctor it could be due to some allergy or infection without an assessment or seeing a picture what kind of a situation it is very difficult to guide you on anything but if you want you can currently use calamine lotion
