Q.
my 3.5 yr old daughter having stomachache after food for past few days.no other assosiated features like vomiting,retching, diarrhoea, constipation

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently.
There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs toy be ruled out.
Common causes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastrogenteritis or some chronic infection .
Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .

O That’s completely okay you can just give a medicine to the child for stomach pain so that is going to be right as of now if your child is not complaining about anything else then that’s okay that’s actually good only so give a medicine to the child for stomach pain
