Q.

My 3.5, months baby weight is increasing on a slow pace. She sleeps well, peeps well. She is not a crying baby. Also takes proper feeding but why her weight is increasing on a slow pace? Any tips for me as a mother I should follow or eat which will increase her weight?

A. Dear mum, what was the birth weight and what is your baby’s current weight? If your baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month, achieving all growth milestones then do not worry. As a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby.
