My 3.5 months baby not passing stool from past 4 days she is crying a lot please tell me any medicine for immediate relief

A. Hello, your baby girl is 3.5 months old has not passed stools since last 5 days so give her enough milk and use soap stick or glycerin syringe at her rectum
