Q.

My 3.5 month old keep hand in his mouth and spit slaiva all the time. Is it normal or should take any concern.

A. yes it is normal ...baby generally do mouthing don't worry about that ...even my daughter also do that

A. Even my baby did this starting from 2.5 months. I believe that's normal. It is said that this is a sign that the baby is developing language skills and also may be teething.
