My 3.5-month-old baby has been having green poop 5–6 times a day for the last 3–4 days. Sometimes it is loose, sometimes thick. Why is this happening?

Teething and stomach infection both the things can be associated with lose motions in this age so if you need to be more sure about it you will have to have an assessment with your doctor once and if needed please get a test done for your child as that is going to give you a very clear picture of all the reason is behind those
