my 3.5 month old baby girl clenching her fist along with curling her toes with grunting voice at the same time.. should I worry about this?

A. after feeding still the same

A. Normally a child’s behave like this when a child is actually very hungry so I think probably a child could be hungry at the same time and that is why this could be haptic I would say that just check if your child is hungry during that time and feed accordingly
