Q.
My 3 1/2 year old having rashes on her thighs. Which appears and disappears. Spreader too fast behind her thighs.. clearly appears soon after bath. It’s not itchy and I think doesn’t cause any discomfort on her..

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, use mild baby bath instead of soap. Use lukewarm water. After bath apply moisturiser. Avoid using powders. And use soft cotton cloth. Weekly ones you can massage with coconut oil and give bath. Give adequate liquids like buttermilk, water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water and keep your baby well hydrated which is good for skin.
