my 2yr 9 north old baby vomiting for 6 times last night and today morning her stool is watery. and she is not eating anything now. can you please advise.

A. vomitings and watery stool... may be because of indigestion.. give oral rehydration solution ORS to baby.. keep baby well hydrated coconut water butter milk lassi poha upma khichdi apple banana
