my 2nd daughter eyes sclera are blue in colour. is that ok? if not which doctor we need to consult?

A. Consultant ophthalmologist to know if there is generally an issue because without an assessment of the eyes I also cannot confirm on anything but once your Dr is going to check they can give you correct advice on that
