my 29 month girl recovered from viral fever. it's been a week now. now she is complaining of vomiting sensation especially after food and leg pains in the night. how can I help her

A. viral fever there may be vomiting sensation sometimes you can give syrup vomikind 5 ml in such case and consult your doctor at once if there is any other problem thank you
