my 27 months sleeps in knee chest position and is constipated all the time but drinks water properly and have signs of little abdominal distention should I have her checked up.

A. dear mum if stomach appears to br bloated tgen consult with doctor for examinaton to avoud constipation include adequate fibre in tge diet from sprouts , beans , green leafy vegetables , salad , nuts dry fruits avoid bottle feed
